Shipping & Delivery Policy
educatalyst.in does not offer physical shipping or delivery services. All products and services provided by Educatalyst are entirely digital and are delivered electronically to your account immediately upon purchase.
- For digital study materials and course resources, you will gain access to the content through your registered account as soon as payment is successfully processed.
- For tutoring services, your purchased sessions will be accessible via the dashboard calendar where you can schedule and manage sessions directly.
Because no physical shipping is involved, traditional shipping and delivery policies do not apply to this platform.
Condition for Refunds
While our standard policy does not generally allow refunds for digital materials, we may grant exceptions in rare cases. However, any refund request for digital products will only be considered if the content:
- Has not been accessed, downloaded, copied, or otherwise used.
- Remains in its original unused state, meaning no significant usage occurred after purchase.
All digital usage is automatically logged in our system, and this data will be reviewed when evaluating refund requests. Once any content has been accessed or downloaded, refunds will no longer be possible.
Refund of Tuition Fees
If you choose to discontinue any prepaid tutoring or online tuition package, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for any unused sessions. This refund will:
- Be processed within 5 working days.
- Be calculated based on the original price per session of the package you purchased.
- Only apply to sessions that have not yet been conducted, scheduled, or accessed.
