1. General Refund Policy
educatalyst.in offers digital products and services, including:
- Study materials
- Course resources
- Live and recorded tutoring sessions
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access they provide, refunds are generally not provided unless specific conditions (outlined below) apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Digital Resources
To help you make an informed purchase decision, educatalyst.in offers a sample preview for each unit or chapter.
Once a digital resource has been purchased and accessed, no refund will be provided. Please ensure you review the samples carefully to confirm suitability before completing your purchase.
2.2 Subscriptions
For subscription-based services (including access to premium content or ongoing tutoring programs), you may cancel within 3 days of the initial purchase if:
- You are dissatisfied with the content, or
- You encounter technical issues preventing access to the purchased service.
If your refund request meets these criteria, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
No refunds will be provided after this initial 3-day period.
2.3 Mistaken Purchases
If a product or service was purchased accidentally, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Refund approval will depend on the condition that the resource has not been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
3. Cancellation of Tutoring Services
3.1 Cancellation by the Student
You may cancel a scheduled tutoring session up to 24 hours before the session time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2 Cancellation by Educatalyst
In the rare event that Educatalyst cancels a tutoring session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as tutor illness or technical difficulties), you will be offered either:
- A rescheduled session at no extra cost, or
- A full refund for the cancelled session.
4. Pro-Rated Refunds for Discontinued Packages
If you purchase a multi-session tutoring package and choose to discontinue after some sessions have been completed, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused sessions.
This refund will be processed within 5 working days after you confirm your discontinuation request.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a request through the Contact Form available on educatalyst.in. Your request should include:
- Full name and registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Name of the product, course, or service purchased
- Clear reason for requesting the refund
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 working days, confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
